Center: Full Day West Tour

The West Tour offers clients an unforgettable day in the Center of Portugal, where they will visit amazing places rich with history and timeless wonders. The tour guide will provide clients with local maps joined by some information of all the monuments included in the tour, WiFi and complimentary bottles of water. The tour will begin with a pick-up from the respective hotels and then the tour group will hit the road to each the first point, Fátima - 1 hour and 30 minutes of driving from Lisboa, one of the most iconic towns in Portugal and well-known for it's importance in the Catholic religion and culture.
The tour will also include a traditional portuguese lunch at a restaurant of our client's choice or one of our most recommended ones and it will also include a free pastry tasting of Portugal's most well-liked pastries. After the lunch break, the tour will resume to Batalha - 25 to 30-minute drive from Fátima, where the tour group will visit Mosteiro da Batalha. The group will then leave to visit another Monastery, the Mosteiro de Alcobaça - 25 to 30-minute drive from Batalha. Once the group reaches the end of the visit through the Monastery, the tour will move on to the next point Óbidos but not without stopping in Nazaré - 15 minutes drive from Alcobaça, a charming fishermen town known for having the beach with one of the biggest waves of the world.
The tour's last stop will be at Óbidos - a 30-minute drive from Nazaré, one of the most well preserved medieval towns in Portugal and distinguished for hosting Portugal's anual chocolate festival. The tour will come to an end by driving back to Lisboa, Sintra or Cascais and dropping clients off at their respective hotels. The group will be always accompanied by a local tour guide who will join the group during the visit on the inside and outside of the monuments to show them the best way to visit it but also explain all the history involved with each place and the monuments.
