Description

The tour will go through the highlights of Cascais, walking tour of the old town of Cascais, small villages of Cascais, Peninha Sanctuary, Cabo da Roca, Coastal Road through Guincho, Cresmina and Cabo Raso.
We start by walking through the small villages of the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, towards the Peninha Sanctuary, an unforgettable place with a 16th century legend. We will continue to the westernmost point of the European continent, Cabo da Roca, with its 140 m high cliffs over the deep blue of the Atlantic Ocean.
Crossing the coastal road to Cascais, we will go through the fantastic Guincho Beach, the Cresmina Dunes and Boca do Inferno. Stops will be made for short walks and photos.
Arriving in Cascais, the well-known royal holiday resort since the late 19th century, we will take a walking tour of the old town and main attractions.
The tour includes some tours, totaling about 3km.
