Description
Enter a real Italian artisan gelato laboratory where you will be followed all the time by our Chef, who will describe the laboratory equipment, raw materials and ingredients.
You will have the opportunity to learn to distinguish a homemade ice cream from a pre-made one with semi-finished industrial products and various dyes. At the end of the lesson you will be able to tell teh difference between ice cream, sorbet, Vegan ice cream and hypoglycemic ice cream.
You will actively produce an ice-cream taste starting from the preparation of the fruit.
You will wear Chef ice cream clothes and you will be able to take home 500 grams of ice cream prepared by yourself or any other chosen flavor.
