What to Expect:
Begin your day with pickup from your hotel or port. Meet your guide and board your vehicle, ready for a day touring the island’s highlights.
Start off on the volcanic peninsula with a visit to Monte Brasil, then onto Serretinha for a view of the Goat Island. Gain insight into Azorean Catholic identity with a visit to the Church, then enjoy the natural views at Serra do Cume, before pausing for a typical Azorean lunch.
When re-energized, discover more about the region’s volcanic geography at the Algar do Carvão (entrance not included) and take in the surrounding views. Stop for a wine tasting before concluding your tour.
