Description
After we have collected our guests in your Hotel/Accommodation, we will then start this magnificent tour to meet the Seven Natural Wonders of São Miguel.
We then proceed towards the Sete Cidades, where we will pay special attention to the Lagoa das Sete Cidades with a stop at the viewpoint of Vista do Rei among others.
After having known and explored some of our natural wonders, it is time to meet others in the central area of the island where you will be presented another Wonder, Natural of São Miguel, the Fogo Lagoon, and the Mirador of Pico da Barrosa is one of the belvederes that the lagoon is best observed and it is also the second highest point of the island of São Miguel.
As we descend to the north coast of the island, we will know another Natural Wonder, it is a Cascade, with the name Salto de Cabrito, being for us the most splendid and beautiful waterfall on the island of São Miguel. It is an imposing waterfall with about 40 meters of altitude that excels by the freshness and the tranquility that it provides to those who visit it. It features crystalline waters that invite bathing.
We will make a stop for lunch around 13:00 already in a local Restaurant and chosen by us, which will have some typical dishes of Regional Cuisine.
After lunch it is time to go to the Furnas, where we have other natural wonders to show you and marvel at the beauty of the landscape Furnas offers us, especially its lagoon, its fumaroles, boilers and hot springs and minerals.
Our return to Ponta Delgada will be made by the south coast of the island where we will make our last stop in Vila Franca do Campo to present to you the last Natural Wonder of São Miguel, the islet of Vila Franca.
Our day ends with the start of our guests in your Hotel / Accommodation.
