Make typical ravioli and meatballs with a local chef

Learn how to make pasta by hand!
You will be making ravioli as well as meatballs with the original Nonna’s recipe.
You will then relax and enjoy a glass of wine. The class is held at a little cozy restaurant in Trastevere with a great Italian local chef.

✔ Single station for each participant, including working surface, apron and a rolling pin
✔ Theoretical and practical lesson on the making of the dough
✔ Stuffed ravioli – spinach and ricotta
✔ Polpette in Pizzaiola style
✔ Glass of wine, water and limoncello
